In the city, it often seems like everyone thinks the responsibility for development falls on someone else. But the truth is, in order for it to truly be “our city”, each of us must take ownership and recognize the role we play in creating it. That’s why it’s called “MyCity” – because until we feel that sense of personal responsibility, we can never truly come together and build a city that belongs to all of us. We should feel it is mine, only if we feel it is “My”, we’ll manifest it.
MyCity is an innovative concept aimed at creating a better future. However, it currently faces challenges due to a lack of understanding and effort, primarily driven by overall peer’s preference for short-term quick rich scheme benefits rather than exploring long-term goal driven mindsets. The absence of visionary individuals within the community further compounds this issue.
MyCity seeks to establish a solution where there are no State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), instead it will be owned by decentralized state, thereby promoting greater efficiency. The key to this vision lies in direct investment from individuals, as their financial contributions will drive progress. With transparency and ownership at its core, MyCity incentivizes peers to actively contribute and increase the overall value of the project.
The focus of this endeavor lies not in immediate monetary gain, but in enhancing the value of current resources for the benefit of future generations. Through this approach, the aim is to dismantle the slave mindset, reshape the existing hierarchical structures, and foster a society where individuals can thrive based on their intellectual abilities rather than menial labor alone.
The roadmap for XYZ Legion begins with recruitment and onboarding of volunteers who share the vision of co-creating MyCity. Collaboration and co-creation are encouraged through meetups and workshops, where members actively contribute their ideas. Community empowerment is prioritized through providing resources and support for local initiatives and establishing mentorship programs. XYZ Legion also engages in advocacy and global outreach, spreading the vision of MyCity and fostering partnerships with decentralized policymakers and influencers.
The initial phase focuses on recruiting individuals who share our passion for a decentralized future and ensuring their smooth integration into the XYZ Legion community.
As we move into Phase 2, our efforts center around cultivating environments of collaboration. Meetups and workshops become essential platforms for fostering interactive discussions and idea exchange among our members. This phase highlights the significance of idea contribution as our volunteers actively shape and mold the co-creation process of MyCity.
Empowering our community takes center stage in Phase 3. We provide essential resources that empower local initiatives aligned with the MyCity vision, nurturing an ecosystem where innovative ideas can flourish. Moreover, our mentorship programs promote skill development and knowledge sharing, fostering personal growth within our community.
Phase 4 propels us into the realm of advocacy and outreach. We launch awareness campaigns that passionately advocate for the decentralized principles that underpin MyCity’s co-creation. This phase also emphasizes local engagement, as we actively participate in events that connect us with our immediate communities.
Global connections come to the forefront in Phase 5. We focus on building strategic partnerships with decentralized policymakers, influencers, and organizations that resonate with the MyCity vision. Expanding our reach, we engage in international outreach to amplify the ethos of MyCity on a global scale.
In the spirit of sustainability, Phase 6 underscores ecosystem integration. Collaborative efforts with other initiatives and organizations further extend the impact of our co-creation endeavors. Continuously measuring our impact becomes a crucial task, allowing us to quantify the positive transformation we’re instigating within communities, decentralization, and urban landscapes.
